You’ll find three different roles in Holaspirit that define the permissions each user has.
Permissions and rights varies depending on:

Priviledge of users (admin, user, inactive)

Circle affiliations (whether you are a member of the circle) and the parent circle

Status of members (whether you are a core circle member or a non core circle member)
Note: Users can edit the Governance of the Circle providing they are a member of the circle itself and the circle above. Some logic applies for adding, editing and deleting documents.
