[Translation] Allowing multiple translations for roles

Translation will be an app. It will be possible to have 3 languages max. As soon as the app is activated, all roles will be automatically translated using Systran api. Allowed translators will be able to verify and validate each translation for each language. After each governance, it will be necessary to validate the translation of the new entries.
