Help Lead link assigns the right people to the right roles. With a Role Marketplace, we want to help the Lead Link to find the best resources for his Circle. What we have in mind: - Activating an "Open for applicant" button to show that you're open to considering new resources for the role. Internally and even externally. - Displaying somewhere in the software all the roles that are "Open". With the api, if the role is Open for external candidates, you could display these roles on a website
