Would you like to easily visit other organizations from your network? The solution is right here: Public Workspaces! Let's bring more transparency and collaboration internally by giving easy access to all members of the network to all your organizations, as view-only guests.

How to use Public Workspaces?

👉 Go to the Holaspirit login page,

👉 Select your login method to connect to Holaspirit,

👉 Click on your profile icon and open the menu,

👉 Go to the drop-down list and choose an organization from your network,

👉 Click on Join and view organizations to access any organization from your network. You can do it when you first log to the multi workspace network or while being part of an organization,

👉 The organization you have chosen will open in another tab,

👉 Select Ask to join – an email will be sent to an admin who can accept your request,

👉 After being accepted, you will access the organization directly every time you login.

📌 Note: The public version of the organization depends on what have been defined in the Privacy Settings by admin of the organizations.
