[App] OKR (Objectives and Key Results)

http://community.holacracy.org/topic/okrs-and-holacracy There is also a 7gees.com integration card. We will develop a new object “Objective” in a OKR module - An Objective will be associated with a Circle or Role. An objective will be described by a title, a status (scheduled, in progress, done), a description, a progress (%). - An objective may have multiple Key Results attached (optional). Each Key Result is described by a title + progress bar. - Finally, an objective may have Projects attached (optional). If there are some projects, those projects would come from the Project module. Projects attached to Objectives will display those objectives in the new Project card. A new filter "Objective" will be added in the Project Kanban view.
